WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL RETREAT?
Our customized retreats feature a unique itinerary built just for you. We are happy to recommend the specific experiences and events, and you select the number of days, the dates, and the number of people in attendance.
We create a proposal based on our conversation and send it to you for review. After we get it just right, we create your retreat in our online booking system and send you the link to book. Once booked, the dates are reserved just for you.

We are so blessed to be on a beautiful, quiet canal that opens out into the lovely Namaste Bay, a shallow saltwater bay with a mix of hard bottom, sponge gardens, and grass flats, an average of 2-3 feet deep. Home to baby bonnetheads, sea turtles, ospreys, herons, egrets and a variety of tropical fish, this bay serves as a nursery for the fish who grow up and live in the deeper waters of the world's 3rd largest living coral reef just a few miles away.
Slow down and just BE... in the peace, solitude and healing vibration of Mother Nature's perfect saltwater spa! Enjoy one of the best kept secrets in the Lower Keys!

The center's indoor space consists of 750 sq ft with a studio, two offices and a bathroom. It offers beautiful views of salt flats, a ton of bright natural light, and canal access to the backcountry, and a ton of free parking. It is the only waterview and water access studio in the Lower Keys (that we know of).
We have a nice selection of herbal teas and waters, yoga mats, bean bag chairs and lots of props to help you get comfortable.
Our outdoor terrace with floating dock aka the MERMAID LOUNGE is a great space for a tea party or sound bath where you can enjoy the tropical flowers, herb garden, butterflies, iguanas & fish!

And our new Synergy Room Energy Circuit & Spa is a great way to relax, recharge, detox and be pampered.

Travel by seaplane or ferry to historic Fort Jefferson on the Dry Tortugas, 70 miles west of Key West. Spend the day on the island touring the fort... or snorkel the island perimeter. Snorkel the reef, commune with dolphins, or go spearfishing.
Spend an afternoon at the beach and lose yourself in a great book while being lulled into a siesta by the whisper of the pines.
Enjoy dinner, dancing and live music downtown after a daily street fair with arts and crafts vendors and street performers at the world famous Sunset Celebration.
