SOMETIMES DREAMS WAIT FOR US
A NEW CHAPTER
Fast-forward a few decades during which time I focused most of my energy on healing - animals, myself & others.
In 2008, the beautiful life I'd built fell apart again (remember the Great Recession when the real estate market crashed?). I got to move home and start over... AGAIN.
I opened my first wellness center. I needed healing, as did so many of us during those difficult years.
I went on to found several healing centers in several states. Here's the timeline:
2007 - Integrated Animal Therapy
2008 - All Is Well Health Inspirations
2013 - Inner Chi Wellness
2014 - 30A Paddleboard Yoga
2019 - Namaste Healing & Retreat Center in Key West
2025 - Namaste Andalusia
2025 - Healing Frequencies App
That's a lot of years invested in healing for people & animals - everything from
applied kinesiology to energy psychology...
from intuitive communication to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine...
from tuning forks to singing bowls... and finally to specific frequency sound therapy.
I WAS IN TRAINING
What I didn't figure out until just a few years ago,
is that during the almost 20-year detour away from the dolphins & my original plan...
the dolphins were teaching me about frequencies and how to heal with SOUND.
That's what the dolphins do - they are master sound healers!
KEEP ON GROWING
When my beautiful studio in Key West closed unexpectedly last year when the owners of the building put it up for sale... well... that was a crushing blow. This last year has been rough.
Curiously, just before that all went down, the dolphins came to me again and told me it was time to get my captain's license. This made zero sense at the time. I laughed and said OK and put it on the to-do list.
Once I knew the Key West chapter was ending and there was nothing I could do about it... the dolphins said that even though it might look like I was being moved further away from them, they were actually moving me closer. Again... that didn't make any sense, but OK.
I don't know how I survived this past winter. I felt I had been abandonded... again.
What got me through... was looking for a boat.
HANG ON... IT GETS BETTER
So here's where it finally starts to get good... in July, the perfect-for-now boat
finally showed up for me.
It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but there were all the signs
that it was exactly what I needed to get started.
The help I needed showed up. Thank you angels again!!!
The perfect marina presented itself and had a space available.
DIVINE INTERVENTION
And then in mid-August, I WON a trip to Bimini swimming with wild dolphins!
This was a dream-come-true!!!..
And I GAVE IT AWAY... to someone who needed it more than I did.
Her name is Gloria and I now consider her a dear friend.
Gloria's only daughter Jaylene died in June and she was devastated.
I KNEW she needed the dolphins! So I prayed for a miracle for Gloria.
I WON not just one free trip to swim with the dolphins in Bimini.. but TWO!!!
So Gloria and I both got to go!!!
And you can bet her daughter Jaylene was right there with us, wearing her angel wings... calling the dolphins to us.
It was such an incredible experience... I'll save the delicious details for another episode!

MIRACLE MAKERS
The Bimini retreat was hosted by my dear friend and amazing healer Rebecca Gambles of New Zealand. This was my 4th retreat to Wildquest in 3 years and it just gets better and better every time!!!
I've dragged many friends with me on these retreats to Bimini and everyone has loved it!
This year, I was blessed to assist with photography, underwater video and offer sound healing for the guests. What a dream-come-true!!! THANK YOU, Rebecca!
Between the incredible colors, the healing saltwater, the Caribbean sun on your skin, the island-hair-don't-care vibe... the infectious smiles from the locals, the amazing food, the heart-centered crew, the incredible bonds that are made... and of course the dolphins!!!

These dolphin swim retreats are more than just pretty colors and island vibes. They can facilitate deep transformation.
FREEDOM
One guest has transformed from being terrified of leaving her home, wearing 30 pounds of crystals all over her body, earplugs in both ears all day, every day... to stepping out into the world, shining her incredible healing gifts and being healthier than ever.
She quit smoking after 31 years and began a weekly exercise program to get her body in shape to be able to swim with the dolphins.
When she returned this year, she ditched the pool noodle, was able to keep up with the pod, and was even able to dive down for a closer connection with the dolphins!
I am sooo proud of her!
CONNECTION
And then there is Gloria... who returned to Bimini this season to heal from the terrible grief from her daughter's recent passing. The pain and loss she felt prior to the retreat was excrutiating.
After the retreat, she is smiling, knowing... feeling... the eternal connection to her daughter who is now one of her angels guiding her daily.
Between listening daily to her daughter's Birth Tones, Rebecca's mediumship, and the experiences with the dolphins (and angels and other miracles),
Gloria is now a believer in angels, dolphins and miracles!
JOY

I want you to experience the feeling of being loved unconditionally..
of being seen and reminded of who you are
and the inspiration that YOUR dreams matter
and that it's never too late for them to come true!
And... chances are good that they ARE coming true... right now...
even if it doesn't make sense yet!

I stopped pursuing what I knew in my heart I was meant to do.
Maybe you know what that feels like.

Dreams don’t disappear.
They wait.
And recently… just this summer... 34 years later…
I finally got my captain’s license!
Everything came full circle.
All the years on the water.
All the years guiding people.
All the years working with sound and healing…
And my love for dolphins.
It is alll coming together.
